Hayden turns 3 years old on Tuesday the 21st, but we had his party this weekend at my parent's house! He asked me months ago for a robot party, and he kept telling me what he wanted, so I decided to try to make it happen!
Somehow, even with getting my camera out when everything was set up and before guests came, I still didn't get pictures of everything! The party consisted of lots of fun robot-esque things, as well as swimming, running through sprinklers, a robot race, and of course lots of food!
Opening his presents
Thanks for the Transformers Grandma and Grandpa Neill! I think you can tell from the expression on his face how excited he was about these!
Bowling Pins!!
From Aunt Sarah, Uncle Chuck, and cousins Addison, Trance, and Ethen. (He's been begging to go bowling non stop lately so this was a really fun surprise for him!)
We had a "Robot Race" which was a much bigger hit than I imagined! The kids all left the swimming pool to run races wearing foil covered "robots" in the hot 100 degree weather... They loved it so much they ran race after race after race!
And they're off!
The two littlest robots
Landry was so funny- he couldn't stop looking at the camera!
My Nephew Ethen LOVED the cake! He was gobbling it all up!

And now for the fun part- Well, at least the fun part for me- all the things that kept the little robots running and swimming and having fun!
Hayden's Robot Cake!
Cute Robot plates and napkins!
computer chips

Sorry about the tires--that really sucks. But the party looks fantastic! Aren't summer babies fun to have birthday parties for? I wish we were around, Dylan would've LOVED this party. Great job, mama.
I call that a complete success! The robot boxes is so clever! How fun and simple. Of course the kids love that. Good job Laura on the cake it looks amazing!
