Crescent City Beach

Yesterday we took a day trip down to Crescent City, California to visit the Pacific Coast and the Redwoods. It was about a 2 1/2hr drive for us, but only about 110 miles. A good portion of it was driven very slow around the narrow, winding roads. We loved seeing the GIANT trees and of course the beach was a hit. This was Ginny's first time seeing the ocean. We were going to have a fire on the beach for dinner, but the wind was too strong, so we found an awesome restaurant in town w/ regular cafe foods, except cooked w/ all natural, healthy ingredients! Yum Yum!
