Summer Review

Wow. This was really a buys summer. We spent a lot of time working away hours on our house, but in between we spent a little time playing.

At the beginning of June, Hayden and Laura flew up to Montana for a visit. Hayden had so much fun playing with the horses and terrorizing the cats. He got to meet his Great Grandma Wilson, and play with his cousins, Trance and Addison.

June was also a sad time, as we said goodbye to our best friends, Emily and Claire. The Army was moving them to Germany, and we learned the hard way, by losing our best friends, just how difficult the military life can be. Before they left, however, we made sure to get in some good play time.

A few weeks later, we met Joe and Kelsey, who had just moved into the area. We helped them get settled, and quickly became good friends. If you've heard us mention their names, that's probably because we spend more time with them, than we have with anyone else since our college roomates. They are a lot of fun, and Hayden has quickly decided they are much cooler than his Mom and Dad. One day we decided to go for a Safari Adventure in New Braunfels. It was full of laughs and fun. We all especially liked the zebras.
